Swirly Sensations reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Swirly Sensations believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Swirly Sensations.


  • Consumer Agreement
  • Because we hand tie dye, each one of our creations is different and unique. While your creation will be very similar to the ones shown, they will not be the exact shirt displayed on our page. Variations in color and design are to be expected in a hand crafted product and are part of it's beauty! Our products are made especially for you! We operate out of our homes, not a warehouse. This means that after your order is placed, there will normally be a 1 to 2 week turnaround before we can make and ship your shirts. If you are leaving for that last minute trip to Walt Disney World or a Notre Dame Football game, contact us for expedited possibilities and costs.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Swirly Sensations ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Swirly Sensations ships merchandise to Canada. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Unless otherwise requested, items will ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you wish to insure your package, or have it shipped via an alternate method, you must contact us for ordering and details.


  • Return Policy
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If you will need a refund, you must make us aware of the situation within the first 30 days. We will work with you to fix the problem!
